Public API scope

The public API centers on two resources:

• identities — create and train avatars
• sessions — open a live conversation over LiveKit

With these you can do the full loop end to end:

1. Create an identity and train it.
2. Open a realtime session for it and join over LiveKit.
3. Talk with the avatar live — it listens and responds in real time.
